A complimentary 15-minute consultation designed to understand your hair history, current condition, and colour goals. This is an opportunity to discuss what’s possible for your hair and the best approach to achieve your desired result. During the consultation, a strand test may be performed if needed to assess how your hair responds to colour or lightening services. This helps ensure realistic expectations and the health of your hair is prioritized. Leave with clarity, a personalized plan, and confidence moving forward with your colour service.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following: - Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. - Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booking time. - No Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. - Card on File: A valid card is required to secure all bookings.
